Kaposo has nearly two decades of experience in leading successful projects across Africa, specialising in marketing, consumer insights, and strategic communication. He previously spent more than a decade executing development programmes in Tanzania with the World Bank, before joining WaterAid’s Dar es Salaam office where he served as Director of Policy, Research and Sector Engagement. Today, Kaposo is the Country Team Leader for Project CLEAR in Tanzania, working in close partnership with the Government of Tanzania to deliver behaviour change at scale. He is also the Tanzania and Malawi Country Engagement Lead for the Climate Resilient Infrastructure Development Facility (CRIDF) which manages transboundary water resource management issues for the Southern African Development Community. Kaposo has an MBA in Marketing, Innovation and Change Management from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands.
