Agency & Systems Design (THINK)
We strengthen the foundation of execution by redesigning how decisions are made and supported across delivery chains. This is not traditional planning — it's making strategy inherently executable from day one by addressing the often-ignored conversion step between capability and consistent performance.
Core Activities Include:
- Stakeholder & Decision Diagnostics — Mapping who decides what, when, with what information, under which incentives, and where frictions occur across users, frontline teams, managers, and institutions.
- Execution Bottleneck & Friction Identification — Surfacing misaligned incentives, unclear accountability, overloaded workflows, weak feedback loops, and other systemic barriers that cause variance in results.
- Governance, Incentive & Decision Redesign — Clarifying decision rights, aligning rewards and accountability, and creating structures that support coordination and quality at scale.
- Journey & Workflow Simplification — Redesigning user and implementer experiences so the "right" actions become the easiest and most natural choices (e.g., simplified protocols, timely prompts, reduced cognitive load).
- Rapid Validation & Feasibility Testing — Prototyping and stress-testing designs in real settings to confirm workload fit, scalability, cultural resonance, and risk reduction before full rollout.
- Execution Telemetry & Readiness Definition — Developing simple, practical measures of follow-through, service quality, bottlenecks, and early-warning indicators to enable rapid adjustment.
