CLEARKAMO (formerly Project CLEAR) is a strategy and execution support firm dedicated to helping organizations — governments, multilateral agencies, NGOs, and private partners turn long-term strategies into reliable, measurable results. We close the critical gap between strategic intent and real-world execution by strengthening the decisions, systems, and human agency that drive consistent performance under everyday constraints.
Rather than short-term projects, we offer a long-term commitment as a trusted execution partner. Through our integrated Think–Do model, we combine execution-ready strategy design (THINK) with hands-on implementation support (DO), focusing on the often-overlooked "agency" multiplier: motivation, perseverance, self-regulation, and management routines that convert skills and resources into sustained outcomes.

Working in partnership with Tanzanian’s Ministry of Health, Project CLEAR designed, developed, and executed ‘Nyumba Ni Choo’, Tanzania’s national sanitation programme which has increased access to improved sanitation for millions of people between 2017 and 2022.
Drawing on our diverse expertise and world class advisory network—which includes academics from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine—we design and deliver local and national initiatives that are changing the paradigm of international development..

Project CLEAR is driving a paradigm shift in the development sector by applying adaptive programming to the robust foundations we set at the start of our projects. What does this mean?
